    Welcome to Mella's Makings. My name is Anell - I am the founder and creator behind this small handmade business and I take your privacy seriously.     I do NOT store or have access to your full payment card details. Payments are handled securely by platforms like Shopify Payments, PayPal or similar providers.

    I only collect the information I need to:

    • Communicate with you about your purchase
    • Personalise your handmade items
    • Send occasional emails (if you've signed up to my mailing list)
    • Provide digital downloads you've purchased

    I'll never sell your data or use if for anything sneaky. I don't like spam and I'm guessing you don't either.

    Your personal data is stored securely on trusted platforms like Shopify and Gmail. These services are GDPR-compliant and take data protection seriously.

    I keep only what I need, for as long as I need it - to fulfil orders, handle returns or meet legal obligations like tax reporting.

    If you've opted in to receive updates from me, I'll send the occasional email with behind-the-scenes news, product updates or something lovely I think you'll enjoy. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email.

    I use secure email platforms (like MailerLite or Shopfiy Email) to manage this.
