I take great care in packaging and sending your handmade orders and I'm so grateful you've chosen to support my small business.
UK Orders
All orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail's 48-Hour Tracked Service. I usually provide a Royal Mail tracking number for all orders so you can follow your parcel's journey. However, during my busiest times of the year, I may not be able to manually input every tracking number right away. Rest assured, I always keep all postage receipts safe, so if you'd like your tracking number, please don't hesitate to ask me - I'm happy to provide it upon request.
International Orders
I currently ship to the USA, Canada and Australia using Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked and Signed Services, depending on what is available for your location. I usually provide a Royal Mail tracking number for all orders so you can follow your parcel's journey. However, during my busiest times of the year, I may not be able to manually input every tracking number right away. Rest assured, I always keep all postage receipts safe, so if you'd like your tracking number, please don't hesitate to ask me - I'm happy to provide it upon request. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processes.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their country.
Dispatch Times
As each item is lovingly handmade to order, I ask for a little patience while I work on your items. My current estimated dispatch time is noted at the bottom of my website and is updated regularly depending on my workload. If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and I'll to my best to accommodate you.
Important Shipping Notes
I do not ship to the European Union and Northern Ireland at this time due to the implementation of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) on 13 December 2024. This regulation requires businesses selling to these regions to appoint a Responsible Economic Operator within the EU or Northern Ireland, which is not feasible for my small business at this time. I appreciate you understanding and hope to find a solution in the future.
Once an item has been dispatched, I am not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs.
Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
